TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GATEWAY CASINO INNISFIL

1. INTRODUCTION
   These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Gateway Casino Innisfil's facilities, services, and promotions by customers ("You" or "Your"). By entering the casino premises, using our services, or participating in any promotion, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. AGE AND IDENTITY
   Only individuals 19 years of age or older are permitted to enter the casino and gamble. Proof of identity (government-issued photo identification) must be presented upon request.

3. SELF-EXCLUSION
   Gateway Casino Innisfil participates in Ontario's self-exclusion program administered by OLG and AGCO. If You wish to exclude Yourself from our premises, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to Your intended visit.

4. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
   Loyalty accounts and on-property privileges may be suspended or closed in cases of suspected fraud, machine or promotion abuse, providing false information, or violation of house rules.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURES
   Gateway Casino Innisfil participates in recognized responsible-gambling programs like PlaySmart and self-exclusion. We provide educational tools to help You manage Your gambling habits. 6. SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

Our staff is trained to ensure that our games operate fairly.

7. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
   We reserve the right to terminate Your access to our facilities or services if You fail to comply with these terms, violate house rules, or engage in prohibited activities.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration according to the procedures set forth under the Arbitration Act (Ontario).

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Gateway Casino Innisfil regarding Your use of our facilities, services, and promotions.

By entering the casino premises or using any service provided by us, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
